Based on your information, we will estimate the current value of your business (Point A) based on 8 factors. You tell us the future value you want to achieve (Point Be).

Together we develop action plans and milestones. You will implement the plans. We will support you every step of the way.

What does it take? Your Commitment! We expect a ROI (see below) of at least 10:1. If you are not committed to that goal, we are not a fit.

What does it cost? That depends on how much support you would like from us. For coaching clients, we charge only a commitment fee, starting at $2,500 per month (or Euro 2,500 per month if you are not USA based). See what is included in the commitment fee under Coaching Services.

Are you also offering consulting services: Yes, customized, starting at $5,000 per month (we currently have a waiting list for future consulting clients).

What is the difference between coaching and consulting?

A coach works with a client to strenghten already existing strengths with only one objective: Support the client in reaching the client's goal. A coach develops together with the clients plans that will get the client from the starting point (A) to the desired end point (B). The client then works the path and the coach supports the client on the path.

A consultant delivers to the client specific services or products agreed on in a statement of work (SOW). The consultant will work with the client's staff, will do part of the work, and will work with other third-parties to accomplish the SOW.

What is the duration of the coaching programs?

The duration of our coaching programs varies and depends on how big the lift is from Point A to Point B and the commitment of the client to get the work done. Together with the coaching client, we set priorities that will bring success in the least amount of time. Our typical engagements range from a minimum of 6 months to 3 years or longer.
